Feeling the Burn? Understanding and Managing EMF Exposure from Everyday Devices

Introduction
Many of us spend hours on computers daily. But for some, especially those sensitive to electromagnetic fields (EMFs), prolonged exposure can lead to sensations of heat, tingling, or even discomfort. EMF exposure has become a growing concern, as these invisible energy fields are emitted by many common devices, including computers, phones, and Wi-Fi routers and are cumulative both in time and in number of devices emitting frequencies.

I recently experienced this first-hand, (massive pain in head, hands, knees, chest and teeth!) which led me to a deep dive into EMF risks and solutions— here’s what I found regarding safety and prevention options.

EMF Blocking Clothing

After being burned so badly this week, I started looking into ways to shield myself. I found a number of website selling EMF blocking clothing. While there are many options (hats, hoodies, pjs, blankets, wallpaper, curtains etc.) I decided that the item above was the most obvious because it covers so much of the body including the head, somewhat. I wanted something that was easy to throw on at my computer and I could walk around in it (unlike a blanket).

I haven’t ordered it yet because I just bought a new computer and will have to save up…but am excited to try it and will test with the EMF meter I just ordered.

I am so grateful that President Trump was elected so thoroughly this week! But, we know evil never sleeps so much prayer is needed between now and inauguration day. Always rejoice, unceasingly pray and in everything give thanks!
